The DRV8825 Stepper Motor Driver Module is a compact motor control board designed for accurate and efficient control of bipolar stepper motors. It provides STEP and DIR control inputs, making it easy to interface with Arduino, ESP32 and other microcontrollers.
The driver supports multiple microstepping modes including Full, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/16 and 1/32 step, allowing smoother motor movement and improved positioning accuracy.
An onboard potentiometer allows the motor current limit to be adjusted according to the connected stepper motor. The DRV8825 also incorporates protection features such as overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown and undervoltage lockout.
